As
part of our service we carry out concrete and structural repairs to
elements of car parking structures. We have carried out contracts a
diverse as small aesthetic repairs to strengthening cracking beams with
5m long 50mm diameter reinforcing bars and replacement of columns.
As always we try to minimise the disruption to the running of the car
park as much as possible by using methods to reduce dust, noise and
vibration wherever possible.
We are approved applicators of most of the repair systems on the market
and can help clients by evaluating specifications to give him the most
cost effective solution to his problem.
We work closely with several designers and engineers to offer investigation
or full design service where required.
Our involvement in concrete and structural repair tends to be on the
unusual side. We get involved in unusual strengthening and repair contracts
where lateral thinking often offers the most economical solution.
We can offer repairs carried out using ultra high pressure water (at
15,000-30,000psi) as the demolition medium to minimise vibration. This
technique has greater social tolerability, in contrast to traditional
percussive methods where excessive vibration can make conditions intolerable
in attached buildings.
