Maintenance Ltd is a contracting company dealing solely with the refurbishment
of multi storey car parks.
We carry out work for clients under conventional contracts as well as
'turnkey' projects where we can take over responsibility for design,
planning approvals and construction for a fixed cost. For examples of
this please go to Special
Projects.
Through experience, we have developed methods of working which maximise
the amount of daytime use by the car park operator and minimise inconvenience
to the public.

Our scope of operations range from works of a jobbing nature to complete
refurbishments. Where the contract is complicated by many different
trades or programme constraints our preferred role is that of Main
Contractor.

With the client's co-operation, our intention prior to commencement
is to identify any potential unforseen expense, extra work or delay
which may occur during the course of construction. Such that the final
cost and completion of a project is as close as possible to the client's
expectation.
